Ayurvedic philosophy sees every human being as a unique combination of the elements ether, air, fire, water and earth. These elements form three bioenergies - the Doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha. In a detailed anamnesis discussion, our ayurvedic consultant will assess your individual constitution and the current state of being to give you personalised recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle.

The consultation will give you a basic understanding of how food and spices can be used as a targeted remedy and how imbalances can be regulated by a more conscious lifestyle before diseases develop.

Buenos días! Our team member Susana is happy to teach you Spanish. This way you can use your surfing holiday to learn or improve your Spanish language skills. Susana is a real local who grew up here in El Palmar. She completed her language studies in Madrid and is certified by International House Madrid.

What you will learn on the Spanish course

On the Spanish course you will learn the basics of the lanbut if you have particular needs or goals, Susana will focus the lesson more individually. It's fun to discover a new language andthrough Susana's exercises you will learn both the flair and subtleties of the Spanish language and develop youguage so that you can communicate in everyday situations. If you already speak Spanish, your language skills will be developed further.

Normally the contents of the Spanish class are pre-planned, r communication skills so you can talk to locals and fellow travelers alike.

The nature of this immersive class is that only Spanish is spoken in class from the very first minute. If communication becomes too difficult at any point things can be explained in English to help keep communiction flowing.

When do the Spanish classes take place?

The teaching time depends on our surfing and yoga courses and/or by individual agreement.

Are you a hot shot? Grab your arrows or a pool cue and and let's see. In the A-Frame lounge there is a pool table, a dart board and comfortable armchairs, books and surfing magazines.

Do you like beach volleyball? Between surf classes and the yoga lessons you have a lot of free time which you can use for a match with the other guests. Volleyball equipment is available to take to the beach, we have a net and balls in the camp – just ask.

Andalusia attracts not only surfers, but also climbers and cycling fans. Near Tarifa are the rocks of San Bartolo which offer fantastic climbing fun all year round. The rock face is suitable for beginners and advanced climbers with about 250 routes. Our partners from the German adventure company GIRASOL have the appropriate experience with guides and equipment in both climbing and cycling.
