Learn to surf, do yoga and eat well! Surfers and yogis need a lot of energy. That is why we attach particular importance to fruit and vegetables, fresh ingredients and a loving, imaginative preparation for the right energy supply during your surfing holiday. If you stay with us for a week, we will serve you breakfast and lunch seven times and five three-course dinners. We leave two evenings fee for you to explore the various restaurants of the surroundings or to cook yourself in your apartment's well-equipped kitchens. We always offer vegetarian food and please tell us about your allergies or intolerances so we can accommodate these.
Every morning a richly-laid breakfast table with a view of the sea awaits you. Coffee, tea, orange juice, milk or soy milk are there to drink. We offer several types of Spanish bread, cheese and cold meats for a traditional Andalusian breakfast. For a sweet-tooth we have jam, nutella, honey and of course daily fresh fruit and vegetables. Bread and rolls come fresh from the oven. Our rich muesli bar also awaits you: Chia seeds, yoghurt, nuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit, goji berries, oatmeal, cinnamon, honey and more - mix and match just the way you like it.
After the surf class it's time to recharge your batteries. That's why our kitchen is always open for you. There are soups or salads, fruit, vegetables - and all the delicious ingredients for a sandwich. You can have coffee or tea anytime. And then it's either time to hit the waves again or take a siesta. Surf holidays with great food, it's the perfect combination.
This meal is especially important for us, because it concludes your day at the sea. Our cooks prepare all dishes fresh. There is a salad or fresh soup, a main course and a dessert. Just what you need to wind down after a long day in the waves or on the mat. You can share your experiences in the water with your table-mates while watching the sun set over the sea.
During your surfing holiday with us, we take your preferences and intolerances into consideration when eating. Here you can eat vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Water, coffee, organic tea, fruit and bread are also available throughout the day.
